This program will create a scrolling warning whenever severe weather threatens the Vermilion County area.
All you need is a live internet connection.
You don't even need to be surfing the internet for it to work.
Highly customizable, you select what warnings/watches/advisories you want to see.

● THIS IS VERY IMPORTANT!!! Save the VWscroll zip file to your "Program Files" folder, C:\Program Files. Unzip the folder into your C:\Program Files so that the path is C:\Program Files\VWscroll and there will be a folder containing the downloaded files there. Open the Readme.doc first which contains the easy to follow installation and use instructions. Or click HERE for online instructions. YOU MUST HAVE A WORKING INTERNET CONNECTION FOR THE SCROLL TO WORK
