Why donate?
This site started out as a hobby. Something to do in my spare time. I pay for the domain names, servers, and data out of my own pocket.I provide all of this for free, because at the end of the day, it's nice to think that there are people out there who find the information supplied here to be useful. The Vermilion County/Illiana area deserves a website source dedicated to concentrating on it's weather information. It is always reassuring to receive emails from people to thank me for my effort, and it is mainly this which keeps me going. However, the fact is that providing all of the information here costs a significant amount of my own money, so any donations (no matter how small) are very much appreciated.
Vermilionweather.com now gets over 250,000 views a month. The response has been phenomenal. In fact, a server upgrade was necessary to keep up with the demand. I am always looking to add new features and data when practical.

How do I donate?
To donate, just click on the
button on any page. You can donate any amount you wish and as frequently as you like. You will have an option to enter comments/notes on the Paypal page so please be sure to enter your name there so I know who the donation is from (not required though), and let me know what you like or would like to see about the website.PayPal charges me $.30 + 2.9% of each transaction. Please keep this in mind when donating!
