Central Illinois Forecast Low Chance for Snow This Weekend

Cooler temperatures arrive this weekend, and some areas of central and southeast Illinois could see their first snowflakes of the season. At this time, the potential for snow accumulations is low. There is just a 10-20% chance of a dusting of snow, and less than a 5% chance of over 1" of snow. This system is a good reminder to monitor trusted sources for forecast information, and be wary of 'clickbait' or exaggerated forecasts.
