Central Illinois 5-Day Forecast Strong Winds This Afternoon - This Evening Accumulating Snow This Afternoon

Windy and cool weather will continue the next couple days, with today being the coldest and windiest day of the forecast. Scattered snow showers, mixed with rain, will occur this afternoon across portions of the area (mainly east of a Bloomington to Robinson line). Light accumulations (around 1") are expected on grassy surfaces in some spots, but with the warm ground and snow changing back to rain most of this should melt. Dry and cool weather is expected tomorrow into the weekend.
