High pressure will bring a return to hot and muggy weather for Friday (Independence Day) and Saturday. Dry weather is expected for the 4th, then chances increase to 20-40% Saturday. Of greater concern will be heat indices approaching 100 Friday, and in the triple digits Saturday.
