Internet Explorer has a security feature that
blocks optimal live streaming of this cam.
I really recommend Firefox, Safari or Chrome. 
They are more stable and are more 
user friendly to internet users.
For Internet Explorer users, 
click the "IE Users" link and a pop-up box will
appear.  To view the image, enter "public" for the username and "password" for the password.
